Whether on the golf course raising funds for a local charity event, listing another property, or helping a vendor with some painting before putting a home on the market, Lincon is passionate about everything he puts his hand to.
The former golf professional and local business owner has been leading the pack in the Macarthur region with his team at McLaren Real Estate for several years now. Anyone who knows Lincon knows that in that time he has made some incredible inroads.
He was one of the first agents in the area to introduce HD videography and now online 3D Virtual Tours for properties, which has seen a surge in the number of listings and sales in his office.
With the popularity of reality TV renovation shows booming, Lincon recognised an opportunity to engage local property stylist with a flair to best help vendors get their homes ‘market ready’ has been embraced by vendors with outstanding results.
“Vendors can see first-hand what a difference styling a home offers, and buyers can better visualise how amazing their new home will look,” says Lincon.
A great supporter of local B2B, Lincon is a regular supporter to many local sporting clubs and fundraising events. Lincon and his team were also responsible for the successful auction of the Kids of Macarthur Charity House which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the local charity. He is also an avid supporter of many local sporting clubs such as: Major sponsor to Camden cats AFL seniors, Major sponsor to Camden Rams Junior Rugby, Major Sponsor of Camden Tigers Soccer Club, Major Sponsor of Camden RSL Netball Club, Major Sponsor at Club Menangle, Major Sponsor at K Ranch Arena, Major sponsor to local driver Tim Brook in the Toyota 86 racing series, supporter of local charity OCAGI and also a proud Rotarian at Narellan rotary.
“No matter what business you are in, supporting and giving back to your local community is a must. It's where we live, it's the people we mix with and it's the place our children will grow up in. The face of the Macarthur is going to change dramatically over the next 20 years with the population set to reach 500,000 in that time. We can all do our bit by investing our finances and time back into the local community to make it the best place to work and live,” he says.
Lincon lives in the Macarthur with his wife Breda and children Sam and Maya. In his spare time you'll find him out on Camden Golf Course or one of the other great local golf courses in the area or spending time with family and friends.
