Do not necessarily go with the agent whose opinion on the value of your home is the highest. We all love to hear this, but is this opinion realistic in the current market and conditions.
Be mindful of what you would really like and the market price of your home. You don’t want to lose that buyer that came in early with a great offer (as they have researched the market), only to be turned away and purchased elsewhere.
