On behalf of Roy and myself I would like to say a big thank you to Jamie and Sylvia for all your support during the process of the sale for 12 Frost Ave Narellan. Both Roy and I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents/employees over the years and have had some negative encounters, however it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jamie and Sylvia
Jamie was amazing during the negotiation process and really listened to our needs and limits when we put in our offers to purchase the property and secured us a price we were very happy with. He was very open and honest and answered all our questions which we had a lot of and was happy to support in anyway he could. It was also really lovely when he called to congratulate Roy and myself on the sale of the property.
Sylvia you have been wonderful with following up various things that I have asked regarding the property and have following them up in a timely manner which has been extremely helpful leaving no delays on waiting on information. No question has gone unanswered which has been very helpful.
Both Jamie and yourself have been amazing to work with and Roy and myself are very grateful we landed great real estate employees to support us through this process as it is a big step for us to invest in a property together.
We were initially concerned that there was some hidden skeletons in the property before finally coming to look as there were not many photos. But once looking at the property we were surprised that it had not been sold yet. All i can suggest is that more photos would have been better as we probably would have come to look sooner. But regardless once we saw it, we loved it and are happy to be the new owners.
